PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacturing parts having intricate three- dimensional structures by using an electrolytic working process for applying working to a workpiece after inducing an electrochemical reaction between this workpiece and the front end of a working electrode and a device therefor. SOLUTION: A working soln. for removing and working the workpiece 103 is introduced into a working soln. vessel 101 and prescribed voltage is impressed between the working electrode 104 and the workpiece 103 to induce the electrochemical reaction, by which the workpiece 103 is subjected to the removal working and a casting mold of parts is manufactured. Next, the working soln. is exchanged with a working soln. for forming a metallic layer and the surface of this casting mold is subjected to additional working to form the metallic layer. Next, the working soln, is exchanged with a working soln. and the inside of the casting mold is subjected to additional working. Finally, the parts are manufactured by stages of exchanging the working soln. with a working soln. for dissolving the metallic layer, dissolving the material layer and taking out the inside parts.
