摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal foil laminated body having a large adhesive strength through relatively low temperature press bonding by providing a polyimide layer consisting of an imide unit indicated by a specific structural formula on one surface or both surfaces of a specific base body polyimide layer. SOLUTION: A polyimide (Y) layer consisting of an imide unit A indicated by formula I (in the formula, R, R' show a quadrivalent and bivalent aromatic group or an aliphatic group respectively) and formula II (in the formula, R, R' show a quadrivalent and bivalent aromatic group or an aliphatic group respectively) in which the imide unit A is 30-100 mol.% and the imide unit B is 70-0 mol.% is provided on one surface or both surfaces of base body polyimide (X) layer wherein a coefficient of thermal expansion at 50-200 deg.C can create 1×10<-5> -2×10<-5> cm/cm/ deg.C as a single layer. In this manner, a metal foil laminated body can be obtained with a large adhesive strength by press bonding at a relatively low temperature.
