<p>The machine (1) for fitting and removing the wheel tyres of vehicles comprises:
- a base frame (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) supporting grip and rotation moving means (3) for gripping and rotation moving at least a rim (C) of wheels (R) for vehicles with at least a retention flange (F') for at least a bead (T') of a tyre (P) to be fitted/removed on/from the rim (C);
- an operating head (4) which is associable with the base frame (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), is positionable near the retention flange (F') and comprises:
- a guiding nut (6) of the bead (T');
- a guiding wing (7) of the bead (T');
- a grip tool (8) for gripping the bead (T') which is arranged between the guiding nut (6) and the guiding wing (7) and comprises a shaped active extremity (9) with a substantially oblique profile (11, 12) suitable for cooperating with the guiding nut (6) for guiding the bead (T'); and
- movement means (10) for moving the grip tool (8) between a first guiding configuration of the bead (T'), in which the active extremity (9) is arranged near the guiding nut (6) and near the guiding wing (7), and a second grip configuration of the bead (T'), the movement means (10) being suitable for moving the grip tool (8) from the first configuration to the second configuration along a first trajectory (13) and from the second configuration to the first configuration along a second trajectory (14) substantially different from the first trajectory (13).</p> |
