The invention relates to a disc brake for motor vehicles that can be actuated by an electric motor and is interconnected to a reduction gear. Said disc brake comprises a floating brake caliper with two friction linings arranged in such a way that they can be displaced therein. The reduction gear is designed as a roller thread drive with threaded roller recoil whose axially displaceable spindle engages one of the two friction linings with a disc brake. In order to minimize the influence of disturbing forces and torques, the invention provides that the end of the threaded spindle (14) facing the first friction lining (4) cooperates with a linear guide (24) which bends in the direction of the effective force (gripping force) exerted by the threaded spindle (14) and is resistant to bending in the peripheral direction. |
