<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a prepreg in good productivity by using a solventless resin compsn. capable of being infiltrated into a fiber base material without leaving air bubbles and easily polymerized by the irradiation with active energy, and to provide a copper-clad laminated sheet. SOLUTION: A copper-clad laminated sheet is produced by coating copper foil with a photosetting and thermosetting resin compsn. consisting of an epoxy resin solid at the normal temp., an epoxy resin liquid at the normal temp., a diluent composed of a monomer capable of being reacted by light and heat and a photopolymerization initiator and placing a fiber base material on the coated surface of the copper foil and photopolymerizing the resin compsn. by the irradiation with active energy and further superposing separate copper foil on the fiber base material to integrally cure the whole under heating.</p> |
