On the other hand, in the case that the instruction to be executed is the NOP instruction, the NOP decoder 5 selects the instruction preserved in the register 30 by a selector 40 and the input operands preserved in the registers 31 and 32 by the selectors 41 and 42 respectively, makes an arithmetic operation in the computing element 1 based on the selection information be performed and compares the arithmetic result with the past arithmetic result in the register 7 by a comparator 8. At the time of detecting non-matching, the comparator 8 outputs fault detection signals 81.
