<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work information input means which can intuitively assemble a work content in a work information input means inputting work information required for planning and evaluating a work procedure. SOLUTION: Continuous scenes corresponding to work information are generated through the input interface 60 of a mouse, a keyboard and a work information input window (step 62). The differential picture of images before and behind the continuous scenes are compared by using a two-dimensional environment data base 67 (step 62). The work content of a relation obtained by comparison is inferred by referring to a three-dimensional environment data base 68 (step 63). Instruction and selection are interactively repeated with an inferred result is instructed to a work procedure decider and work information is decided (step 65).
