PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing method for metallic materials having different melting temperatures without using a brazing filler metal. SOLUTION: A butted part 10 is formed by engaging and butting a first metallic material 1 having a predetermined melting temperature and a second metallic material 2 having a melting temperature lower than that of the first metallic material. The second metallic material 2 of the butted part is melted by locally heating the butted part to the melting temperature of the second metallic material 2 with a heating means 12 in an inert gas atmosphere 17 and welded to the first metallic material. Then, the first metallic material 1 and the second metallic material 2 are jointed. |
