<p>The switch is used in electrical equipment having two modesof operation and in electrosurgical equipment. It has improvedfunctionality and enables work in sitting position, having aslooptimum overall dimensions and weight. The switch has a volumebase (1) the front surface of which is in the form of anoperational field (2), fitted at an angle upwards and divided intwo equal parts by a lateral threshold (3). A pedal (5) of elasticmaterial and having round shape is mounted in the geometricalcentre of each of the parts of the operational field (2).
