Inhalation device with a vessel containing the inhalation agent and a lid which contributes to the evaporation and distribution of the inhalation agent. The lid has an essentially central opening (3) and several openings (4) arranged essentially annularly around the central opening (3). The opening cross-section of the central opening (3) is essentially equal to the sum of the opening cross-sections of the annularly arranged openings (4). The central opening (3) projects deeper into the vessel (1) than the annularly arranged openings and thus promotes evaporation of the inhalation material. The vessel (1) has an inner vessel (11) and a cavity (1c) between the vessel (1) and the inner vessel (11). The cavity (1c) is filled with a heat-insulating material (1b) and contains, in particular, a tetradecanol (C14H30O). <IMAGE> |
