PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which can rapidly change the radiating direction of radio waves and also is capable of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: This antenna device consists of an oscillator 1, which generates a high frequency H of standard wavelengthλ0 , a varactor diode 4 which changes the wavelength of the frequency H according to a variable voltage V2 , a square waveguide 5 which transmits the frequency H, a grounding conductor of a thin film which is formed on the entire rear surface of a dielectric substrate 8, a strip conductor 10 of a thin film formed into a belt shape on the surface of the substrate 8, and microstrip antennas 111 to 114 of thin films which are formed on the surface of the substrate 8 along the conductor 10 and a space L(<λ0 ) secured to the conductor 10 respectively.
