The temperature in the upper part (9) of the chamber is gathered by transducers (8,8') near the top of the chamber, and temperature in the lower part (11) is gathered by transducers (10,10') near the bottom of the chamber. A supplementary transducer (13) measures temperature outside the chamber. A processing unit (7) combines temperature data, and adjusts the refrigeration unit accordingly.
