PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type electrode-electrolyte structure to be applicable to sheet type battery and an electric double-layered capacitor, and provide the manufacturing method thereof, which can improve matching between electrodes and the electrolyte and which can simplify the manufacturing process and which can enlarge the degrees of freedom at the time of selecting the electrolyte. SOLUTION: At least one surface of a positive electrode sheet 1 is formed with a first solid electrolyte layer 2, and at least one surface of a negative electrode sheet 3 is formed with a second solid electrolyte layer 4, and the positive electrode sheet 1 and the negative electrode sheet 3 are bonded to each other, through the first solid electrolyte layer 2 and the second solid electrolyte layer 4. The solid electrolyte layers 2, 4 are composed of a gelled high molecular electrolyte. |
