<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner showing excellent electrification property and fluidity with which an image showing good fixing property and excellent reproducibility of fine lines and highlight part can be obtd. SOLUTION: In this electrostatic charge image developing toner containing at least a binder resin and release agent, the toner contains toner particles and fine particles. When the toner is subjected to ultrasonic treatment in water containing a surfactant at normal temp. and under normal pressure and then left to stand at normal temp. and under normal pressure, the compsn. of fine particles collected from the supernatant satisfies 1.5<=Ma/Mb<=10.0, wherein Ma is the weight average mol.wt. of fine particles and Mb is the weight average mol.wt. of whole toner particles. The fine particles contain the release agent by 0.1 to 10 wt.%.</p> |
