<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and to reduce a required cost when a computer is mounted on a docking bay, with power fed to the computer and the computer and the docking bay communicate. SOLUTION: Plural power feeding coils 12 are provided on the sheet of a docking bay 11, one or plural power receiving coils 32 are provided on a computer 31 wherein power is fed from the docking bay 11 to the computer 31 through electromagnetic induction of the power feeding coils 12 and the power receiving coils 32. Also, data signals are modulated by a frequency different form the frequency for power feeding so that the electromagnetic induction occurs between the power feeding coils 12 and the power receiving coils 32 to allow data signals to be transmitted and received mutually between the computer 31 and the docking bay 11.</p> |
