摘要 |
FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of heat flow from moving medium to surface of solid body. SUBSTANCE: sensor of heat flow has calorimetric body in the form of cylinder. Annular groove forms two coaxial cylinders with common base in calorimetric body. Thermocouple is installed in internal cylinder. Calorimetric body has additional cone-shaped surface. Line of crossing of generatrices of cone-shaped surface and of elements of internal cylinder is located at distance delta =0.01-10.0 mm from heat absorbing surface. In accordance with process of manufacture of sensor of heat flow thermal electrodes of thermocouple are set in holes of calorimetric body. Then calorimetric body is deformed in axial direction. Deformation is carried out in area formed by crossing of normals to heat absorbing surface with specified surface. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy and diminished sluggishness of sensor. 2 cl, 2 dwg
