PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which enables alignment in a short time without being affected by fixation. SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus is provided with an XY alignment-detecting means to detect the alignment state between eyes E to be inspected and the apparatus main body in vertical and horizontal directions based on reflected light on corneas from an index for XY alignment projected to the eyes E, a Z alignment-index projection optical system 60 to detect an alignment state between the eyes to be inspected and the apparatus main body in the longitudinal direction based on the reflected light on the corneas from the index for the Z alignment to be projected to the eyes to be inspected from the oblique direction thereof and a Z alignment-detecting optical system 70. A control circuit 80 is provided to judge that the results of the detection by a Z alignment detection circuit 74 is reliable based on an alignment deviation valueΔX in the XY direction.
