PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for aiding in filling powder into a container from a hopper speedily and properly. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a conduit 36 which is so connected to a hopper as to be freely movable, extends downward from the hopper, and allows powder to flow inside it, and a nozzle 34 which extends downward from it. The nozzle 34 has an inlet 82 for receiving the powder from the conduit 36, and an outlet 84 for dispensing powder to containers. The cross-sectional area of the inlet perpendicular to a powder flow is larger than the cross-sectional area of the outlet perpendicular to the powder flow. The device is further equipped with a conveyor, disposed at least in part of the inside of the conduit 36, which aids the powder to flow. A ratio of the cross-sectional area of the inlet to the cross-sectional area of the outlet is selected as the size of the nozzle 34 so that the powder flow does not stop as the powder flows further after passing through the nozzle 34. |
