PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record with an external energy of a low power in a storage member for recording information by oxidation-reduction reacting a first substance with a second substance by giving the external energy and changing optical characteristics. SOLUTION: The storage member comprises an Al-Ti alloy layer 20 made of an Al-Ti alloy having an energy generated at the time of bonding an oxygen molecule of 1 molar amount of 1000 kJ or more, a WO3 film 30 made of WO3 having an energy necessary at the time of dissociating an oxygen molecule of 1 molar amount of 550 kJ or less, an Au film 40 as a reflecting layer, and a protective film 50 made of an ultraviolet curable resin sequentially laminated on a transparent base plate 10. In this case, the film 20 has a discontinuous island-like structure having a thickness of 40 nm or less. |
