PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a print head disposed in a cartridge taken off from an device body from being reciprocated and to reciprocate the print head when the cartridge is loaded to the device body. SOLUTION: When a printer cartridge 3 is lifted to be moved above an ink jet printer 1, a link pressing section 20a of a frame 20 and a pressing section 16a of a pressing spring member 16 with a link member 18 therebetween are lowered, then a top end of a print head 10 is urged downward by the pressing section 16a and the print head 10 is stopped to a holding member of the printer cartridge 3. When the printer cartridge 3 is moved downward, the link pressing section 20a and pressing section 16a with the link member 18 therebetween are urged to be lifted and the stopping of the print head by the pressing spring member 16 is released. As a result, the print head 10 can be reciprocated in the ink jet printer 1. |
