PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for easily producing a highly safe fibrous feed from baggase, and also enabling a high-degree application of baggase. SOLUTION: This method for producing a feed from baggase is characterized in a combination of a 1st process with a 2nd process; the 1st process comprises separating baggase (juice waste resulted from sugar cane) into pith (pulp of bean-curd-refuse form) and cane rind (hard, thick skin), while the 2nd process comprises adding a paste material to pith, or adding, as desired, carbohydrates to pith to effect lactic acid fermentation followed by further addition of a paste material so as to hardly scatter. |
