<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal potential generating circuit which can output a plurality of internal potentials while the increase of a circuit area is suppressed. SOLUTION: In an internal potential generating circuit 200, in the initial stage of its operation, a high voltage switching circuit 218 is in a continuity state to keep the common potential level between the output node NH1 of a 1st step-up circuit 202 and the output node NH2 of a 2nd step-up circuit for operation. After an output potential level from the 2nd step-up circuit 204 reaches a predetermined potential level, the high voltage switching circuit 218 is in a cut-off state and the 1st step-up circuit 202 and the 2nd step-up circuit 204 drive potential levels corresponding to the respective output nodes independently.</p> |
