PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve input harmonic distortions, wile reducing the amount of the ripples of a load current, and at the time to reduce output fluctuations due to supply voltage fluctuation or load fluctuation without increasing the stress of a switching element in the inverter circuit of the so-called high frequency charge system. SOLUTION: In an inverter device of a high frequency charge system for feeding back one portion of the high frequency output of an inverter circuit, for allowing a current to flow to a rectifier DB in terms of high frequency over nearly the entire region of an AC power supply, and for reducing input harmonic distortion, the switching frequency of the inverter is changed corresponding to the voltage across a smoothing capacitor C1, and a on-duty ratio is changed according to the momentary value of a load current. Especially, the device increases the switching frequency of the inverter, so that the output is reduced when the voltage across the smoothing capacitor C1 is increased, and changes the on-duty ratio, so that the output is reduced when the momentary value of the load current is increased. |
