PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste sensor probe where a film for a taste sensor is hardly damaged. SOLUTION: An electrode 3 and a buffer solution 4 are accommodated in a hollow pipe-shaped base 1. At the side of a tip part 1aa being dipped into the solution to be measured of the hollow pipe-shaped base 1, a film 2 for a taste sensor and a support member 7 for supporting the film 2 for the taste sensor are bonded so that an opening part 1b is covered. A hole 8 is provided in the support member 7. |
