PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy inspection and maintenance of a toilet water feeder or the like which is placed within space below a washing counter. SOLUTION: A first decorating cover 11, which has cutout part 111a formed in a part facing a toilet water system 51 placed within space blow a washing counter 6, and which covers the front of the space below the washing counter 6 except the cutout part 111a, is freely removably provided at the washing counter 6. A second decorating cover 12, which covers the cutout part 111a of the first decorating cover 11 from its back and in which a through hole 12a connecting the toilet water system 51 to a toilet 5 is formed, is freely removably provided at the washing counter 6. |
