PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain obviously air permeable and vapor permeable macro- microporous barrier structure and a sanitary product made of the same, by giving a microporous layer the resistance to liquid permeation under prescribed load and the Frazier air permeability value within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A microporous layer 51 comprises a support body 54 with micropores, by which fluid can go across the support body 57, extended in between facing faces so as to correspond to a face facing the microporous layer 51 and particles 56, 58 fused with at least one face of microporous support bodies 54, 57. When microporous layers 51, 55 are included in a test absorptive product overlapped on a first face of microporous layers 55, 51 respectively fused with particles 56, 58 under load of 1 lb/sq.inch, the product substantially resists against permeation of fluid and microporous layers 51, 55 have a Frazier air permeability value within a range of about 80 mm<3> /ft<2> /minute over 0. |
