PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic motor with a sufficient performance strong in adhesive property between a piezoelectric element and a conductive elastic board and superb in keeping conductivity by coating a conductive material to all over the overhang section of the piezoelectric element jutted out from the conductive elastic body board and the conductive elastic body itself. CONSTITUTION:A conductive elastic board 21 is stuck to a piezoelectric element 20 formed ring-shapedly with an adhesive without a conductive material in it and by oscillating the piezoelectric element 20 a rotor 24, the load, is driven. The radial width u of the piezoelectric element 20 is longer than the radial width v of the conductive elastic board 21 by a predetermined length d and is jutted out from the conductive elastic board 21 like a verandah. A conductive material 23 is coated all over an overhang section 22 of this jutted-out piezoelectric element 20 and the conductive elastic board 21 and the piezoelectric element 20 is electrically coupled. |
