SOLUTION: Inclination adjustment of a former plate 1 is carried out by making an inclination of the former plate 1 of a bending part an angle larger than a set inclination at the time of stationary driving at the time of printing and returning the inclination of the former plate 1 to the set angle at the time of stationary driving when it reaches printing speed at the time of stationary driving thereafter in rotary printing to fold continuous paper printed in a printing part at the bending part.
