PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventive sheet form having a self-cleaning effect of a thermal head by effectively preventing a forgery. SOLUTION: A thermal recording layer 3 is formed on a base material 1, and a pattern layer 5 is formed on the layer 3. The layer 5 has a portion in which a design is printed at least with a fluorescent pigment. Further, the pigment contains a white titanium of a white pigment. As a result, in the case of color copying, a discovery of a forgery is facilitated due to discoloring of a part of the layer 5. And, since suitable protrusion and recess part is given to a surface of the layer 5, a thermal head can be self-cleaned at the time of printing on the layer 3. |
