<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic on-line manual register that can simply perform the registration of an on-line manual. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fair copy device 40 for the on-line manual of a free software received from a network, an automatic arranging device 30 for the on-line manual, an automatic discriminating device 32 for the on-line manual, and an on-line manual storage device 35 for preserving the on-line manual in the fair copy of a registration format, and the manual format of the on-line manual is discriminated from the suffix of a file name, the presence/absence of a fair copy means 42 with which the on-line manual in the discriminated manual format can be made into fair copy is discriminated and when such a fair copy means exists, the registration format of that manual format or that on-line manual made into fair copy is preserved in the on-line manual storage device 35.</p> |
