PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve through by using are with capacity the least from among a transmitting buffer, the idle capacity of a receiving buffer and the product of the largest available band and the round trip time as the largest window size. SOLUTION: An application 2 receives the notification of the largest available band from a resource reservation protocol 3 and secures the communication resources to start the transfer of information via a window control protocol 4. The least one of value of the capacity of a transmitting buffer, the idle capacity of a receiving buffer and the product of the largest available band and the round trip time is used as the largest window size. Then the window control is performed via the slow starting and a congestion avoiding algorithm. When the protocol 3 receives the information showing the presence of an interwork from a relay node 6, the protocol 4 performs conventional window control for securing mutual continuity. |
