PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for changing a single powder resin flow into a plurality of uniform powder resin flows. SOLUTION: The titled apparatus is constituted of a powder reservoir 12 with an outlet 26 for discharging the first falling powder resin flow 100, the first receptacle 20 for receiving the first falling powder resin flow 100, a passage communicated with the first receptacle 20 for receiving the powder resin from this first receptacle 20 and generating the second falling powder resin flow 102 by discharging the powder resin flow 100 through the outlet 26, and the second receptacle 30 with a divider 32. A method for generating a plurality of powder resin flow is constituted by combining various processes comprising generating the first falling powder resin flow 100 by discharging the powder flow from the reservoir 12, arranging a receptacle 50 below this powder resin flow and carrying a plurality of the powder resin flows to a plurality of passages 64-67 communicated with spray nozzles. |
