PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble regarding a trouble caused by inadequate use of data and a physical trouble such as dirt, break, and fault by switching an input means such as the keyboard of a computer device between a usable state and an unusable state. SOLUTION: A keyboard 12 as input device when not used is stored in the device of a public terminal and in unusable state. For its use, the keyboard is drawn out of the device and made to be in usable state. The keyboard 12 is automatically drawn out and stored at the start and end of the use of the public terminal 1. A disk 90 needed when the public terminal 1 is used is placed on a disk tray 13 drawn out of the device with an eject key pressed. The disk tray 14 is stored by operating the eject key again. In this state, the disk 90 is loaded on the internal disk drive and the public terminal 1 becomes ready to record and reproduce the disk 90. |
