摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly and quickly allot each vehicle to a cargo collecting position. SOLUTION: The position of a vehicle is detected, and transmitted with an ID number by an on-vehicle device 10 set at each vehicle, and the vehicle position and the ID number are received and managed by a vehicle delivery deciding device 20. Then, the first rate obtained by dividing the subtracted value of the two shortest distances among distances between each vehicle position and the cargo collection position by the added value, and the second rate obtained by dividing the subtracted value of the collected sums of the two vehicles related with the two distances by the added value are calculated. Then, the distances or the collected sums related with the smaller rate of the first and second rates are calculated, and the vehicle which has the smaller one of the calculated two distance or collected sums is defined as a vehicle to be delivered. Thus, each vehicle can be fairly and quickly delivered to the cargo collecting position.
