摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to change a circuit design and a using method by forming the same interface with one chip by connecting all the signal lines of semiconductor memory chips in common. SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage system is constituted by connecting an input bus 12, an output bus 13, a control bus 14, and a chip select signal line 16 to the input/output signal pins of the respective semiconductor chips 11-1 to 11-n in command and in parallel. When the semiconductor memory chips are mounted on a single system to structure a semiconductor storage system with large memory capacity, all the input signal lines, output signal lines, input/output signal lines, etc., of the respective chips are connected in common to corresponding signal lines in common and are usable in exactly the same way with individual uses of the chips, and it is not necessary to restructure a system by recognizing that there is more than one chip. Further, the input/output relation of exactly the same system is obtained irrelevantly to whether the chips are used individually or in combination.</p>
