The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the coupling (6) connecting the displacing installation (1) and the buoy (2) is a floating means spreading over the whole length of the transfer lines (71 and 72). 6. The device according to claim 5, characterized in that the coupling (6) connecting the displacing installation (1) and the buoy (2) is designed in the form of a floating tube. 7. The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling (6) connecting the displacing installation (1) and the buoy (2) is arranged so as to form a prolonged anchor line of the buoy (2). 8. The device according to one of the preceding claims 2 to 6, characterized in that further includes linkages (9) to connect the coupling (6) connecting the displacing installation (1) and the buoy (2) and the transfer lines (71 and 72) in one bundle. 9.
