The system includes patient terminals (2, 2') exchanging data with a central data processor (1), on which treatments of several patients are stored. The treating persons of a hospital carry respectively one identification device (3, 4, 5) identifying the person by means of an individual code. The code of the identification device is transmitted during communication to the respective patient terminal, and is forwarded from there to the central data processor.- DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The system includes patient terminals (2, 2') which exchange data with a central data processor (1), on which treatments of several patients are stored. Each patient terminal is associated with only one patient by means of an identification code.The patient terminal has a display device for the display of data transmitted by the central data processor, as well as an interface for a communication with identification devices (3, 4, 5). The treating persons of a hospital carry respectively one identification device, which identifies the treating person by means of a stored individual code. At manufacture of a communication between a patient terminal and an identification device, the code of the identification device is transmitted to the respective patient terminal, and is forwarded from there to the central data processor. The code of the identification device and/or the point in time of the communication is stored by the central data processor, together with the identification code of the patient terminal
