PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve interlaminar bonding and resistance to corrosion by non- crystallizing so that diffraction peak showing presence of orientation crystals of thermoplastic resin is not developed, by heating a can, which is thin-walled through drawing so that decreasing rate of the can wall thickness is specified value, up to specified temperature, and then cooling under specified conditions. SOLUTION: Both sides of an aluminum sheet of 0.16-0.30 mm thickness are provided with surface-treated film, where coated amount of carbon is 3-35 mg/m<2> , and phosphorus is 0.3-5 mg/m<2> , and thermoplastic resin of 8-30μm thickness having melting point of 190-252 deg.C are coated on both sides thereof. The composite material is used for thinning through drawing so that the decreasing rate of the can wall thickness is 20-70% for heating up to an range of thermoplastic resin melting point and the melting point +50 deg.C, and then cooling to 60 deg.C or lower within 5 seconds. And, non-crystalization is performed by X-ray diffraction so that diffraction peak near diffraction angle of 20-26 deg., which shows the presence of orientation crystals of the thermoplastic resin of the can bottom, is not developed. |
