PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately drill by a rotary encoder for detecting the turning angle of a boom, installing a turning device between an arm and a drifter, and providing a control device for remote-controlling the angle of the turning device. SOLUTION: A traveling body 3 is provided with a rotary encoder 18 for detecting the turning angleθof a boom 7 through a turning frame 6, and the detection value is fed into a control device installed outside of a working room W. The control device takes the turning angle 9 of the boom 7 at least from the rotary encoder 18 provided on the traveling body 3 of an excavator 2 through the turning frame 6, operates a turning angleθfor aligning the respective bits 38, 38 of drifters 35a, 35b of a drilling device 26 from the above turning angle, and remote-controls a turning device 19 according to the operation value.
