<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stabilized uniform rotation movement at the time of spin welding for a thermoplastic resin member and prevent the application of force of disturbing the bonding at the time of cooling and curing. SOLUTION: When a high speed rotary table is brought into contact with a fixed side bonding member through a movable side bonding member and faces facing each other of both members are melt bonded by the rotation friction heat, the number of rotations or the rotating speed per unit time of the rotary table 2 is sensed, and when the sensed value reaches the given value, the rotary table 2 is pressure-welded to the fixed side member 6 through the movable side member 5. After melting, the supply of rotation driving force to the rotary table 2 is discontinued and simultaneously the brake is applied to the rotary table 2 and stop the same forcibly.</p> |
