<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically mount a connector with reliability of soldered parts being maintained, without a supplement of a particular equipment. SOLUTION: A connector 1 is formed so that a part 6d of it is thick, and a part 6c is thin, with respect to an axis C1 . At the time of surface-mounting the connector 1 to a printed board 8, a hook member 6 is inserted into a hole 8a formed in the printed board 8 in advance. Then the printed board 8 is applied with reflowing process, and lead pins and terminals of respective chip components are soldered. The printed board 8 is taken out from a reflowing furnace, and is cooled, then the hook member 6 is deformed at the parts 6d, 6c as shown in (B), and comes down toward a hook part 6a side. Thus, the hook part 6a is locked onto the backside of the printed board 8, then the connector 1 is fixed to the printed board 8 more certainly.</p> |
