PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide appropriate information to a vehicle which travels on non-priority road toward an intersection, by providing an information that shows the existence of a vehicle that travels on a 1st road toward the intersection to a vehicle which travels on a 2nd road toward the intersection at the time of receiving a prescribed signal by a receiving unit. SOLUTION: When a receiver 200 receives a signal that is sent from a leading vehicle V11 of a vehicle group GV which travel on a priority road RA toward an intersection, it decides its frequency and performs display control of a display unit 300 based on the decision result. As a result, the total number of the group GV in addition to, e.g. a direction that corresponds to the frequency of a receiving signal and an arrow that corresponds to the direction are illuminated and displayed.
