A freely openable container (10) comprising a container body (11), a cover (23) fixed pivotably to the container body (11), a bottom cover (12) with which a lower opening of the container body (11) is sealed, and plate rubber (50) provided on a pivotable portion between the container body (11) and the cover (23), the container body (11) having an upper member (27) provided with a takeout port (24), and a side member (13), the cover (23) being fixed to the side member (13), so that the size of the cover (23) can be increased, the container body (11) being provided with a locking projection (33) engageable with a locking member (32) of the cover (23).
