<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparation of a tertiary treatment agent (a phosphorus removal agent) for sewage in which water purification sludge being industrial waste and flue gas desulfurization products are recycled, and a method for tertiary treatment of the sewage (a phosphorus removal treatment method). SOLUTION: The preparation of the agent and method for tertiary treatment of sewage are contrived to collect aluminium hydroxide-containing sludge generated in coagulation and/or filtration processes in a drinking water treatment plant (1). And flue gas produced by burning solid fuel is brought into contact with activated carbon fibers to collect dilute sulfuric acid (2). The aluminium hydroxide-containing sludge obtained in (1) is brought into contact with the dilute sulfuric acid obtained in (2) to obtain the tertiary treatment agent for swage containing aluminium sulfate (3). The aluminium sulfate-containing sludge obtained in (3) is allowed to be added into secondary treatment sewage (4).</p> |
