PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a laminated thermoplastic resin sheet having satisfactory transparency without generating a wrinkle. SOLUTION: The apparatus having an endless belt 15 wound between a first cooling roll 13 having an elastic material 18 and a second roll 14 and a third cooling roll 16 in contact with the roll 13 via the belt 15 is used. A guide roll 24 is disposed near the roll 13. A melted thermoplastic resin sheet 11 is substantially simultaneously brought into contact with the belt 15 in contact with the roll 13 and the roll 16, and introduced between the rolls 13 and 16. Thus, a thermoplastic resin film 22 is introduced between the belt 15 and the roll 16 via the roll 24.
