PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable writing board body which can be used in the night and which is light in weight and easy to carry. SOLUTION: A transparent synthetic resin plate 3 being provided in the central notched part 2 of the surface of a frame body 1, a translucent-white plastic plate 4 is provided on the rear side of that plate and further a light- conducting plate 5 made of acrylic resin is provided on the rear side of the plate 4, while a diffuse reflection surface provided with innumerable conical groove parts is provided on the base thereof. Furthermore, a white reflecting plate 8 is provided on the rear side of the light-conducting plate made of acrylic resin and a large number of white LED spheres 10 are fitted to the peripheral- edge end face of the light-conducting plate made of acrylic resin so that they are directed to this face. Moreover, the frame body is provided with a holding part of a battery being a power source of the white LED spheres and a switch part 12 for turning energization on and off and, besides, it is provided with a writing implement holding part 19 which can be put in and out of the side wall surface of the frame body and a paper holding part 24 with a light-storage coat surface 26 which can be put in and out of the front wall surface 22 of the frame body.
