<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mono-pulse source applicable for an on-vehicle mm meter radar and capable of high level integration and low cost manufacture by providing at least two waveguides machined in a metallic flange supporting the microwave transmitting and receiving circuit of an antenna. SOLUTION: This source is provided with two radiation waveguides 42 in a metallic flange 25 supporting the microwave transmitting and receiving circuit of an antenna. Each waveguide 42 is excited by a moving part 45 having a transmitting and receiving circuit, for example, a microstrip circuit. The moving part 45 is constituted of an etching pattern(moving part) 45 on the same substrate 24 as a substrate 24 supporting the microstrip circuit, and a microwave short-circuit circuit 43 for closing the waveguide 42. The large mismatching of a radiation port 46 of each waveguide 42 is compensated by the change of the cross-sectional area of the radiation port 46 placed in a prescribed distance.</p> |
