<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of sorting work, by fracturing the rear of a cathode ray tube by an impact or pressure, and/or by cutting or breaking the front of the cathode ray tube by external force, then by sorting the glass materials. SOLUTION: An electron gun is cut off, and a funnel part 6B is crushed except for a panel part 6A and a junction part 6C wound with a blast band 7, then the first lead glass materials are sorted from the CRT 6. The panel part 6A is cut off or broken from the remaining part except for the junction part 6C wound with the blast band 7, then the greater part of the panel glass materials are separated, while the junction part 6C is separated as mixed materials consisting of the panel glass materials, the first and the second lead glass materials. The fractured funnel part 6B is set down as the first glass materials, and the cut off panel part 6A is crushed to pieces and they are withdrawn, also the junction part is fractured to cullet with the blast band 7 being wound, then the panel glass materials, the first and the second lead glass are sorted and withdrawn.</p> |
