摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the data from a large number of migration plates at the same time by one measuring apparatus and to measure a large number of samples, by parallelly providing a plurality of gel plates, and arranging fluorescence detectors at positions receiving respective fluorescences emitted from the vicinities of the terminal surfaces in the migration direction of the gel plates individually at the same time to detect them. SOLUTION: Four migration plates 4 are constituted by forming gel plates to the gap between two gel holding plates, and a plurality of sample injection grooves on the gel plates in a comb like state and buffer tanks 6, 5 are fixed. Cathodes and anodes are provided to the tanks 6, 5 and a DNA segment is migrated downward by the voltage applied across both electrodes. Fluorescence labelled DNA segmented in order to determine a base sequence is injected into the upper parts of the migration plates. The predetermined range of a migration start point is uniformly irradiated with laser, the DNA segment labelled with a phosphor migrated through a passage different in terminal base kind emits fluorescence at a time of passage, and lines emitting fluorescence by the number of the migration plates are observed. By this constitution, a large number of data are obtained at the same time by one measuring apparatus, and detection processing capacity is enhanced.
