<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily recovering aluminum in an easily reusable form at a low cost from composite materials formed by laminating org. materials on aluminum foil. SOLUTION: The aluminum laminate materials sheared to fine pieces of <=40 mm by a single spindle type shearing machine are subjected to the direct heating and burning removal of the deposits, coating materials, accompanying org. materials, etc., of the aluminum laminates by a combustion burner under agitation at an oxygen concn. of <=10 vol.% in a paddle mixer type combustion furnace having agitating blades. While these materials are subjected to the removal of the deposits, such as carbide and combustion residues, by a hammer crusher, the aluminum of unshaped polygonal spherical bodies of 3 mm in the max. grain size is recovered.</p> |
